WATER-COOLED PC FAQ

UNLOCK THE KNOWLEDGE

What makes your water-cooled gaming PCs different from traditional air-cooled systems?
Our systems use advanced liquid-cooling loops to deliver lower temperatures, quieter performance, and longer hardware lifespan compared to standard air-cooled builds.
Are your water-cooled PCs suitable for beginners or only advanced users?
Our PCs are built for all experience levels. They arrive pre-assembled, fully optimised, leak-tested, and ready to use straight out of the box.
Do you use soft-tube or hard-tube liquid cooling?
We build using both, depending on the model. Premium builds typically feature hard-tube cooling for durability and aesthetics, while some models use soft-tubes for flexible, cost-efficient designs.
Can I choose the coolant colour for my PC?
Yes. You can select from various coolant colours including neon green, purple, blue, or RGB-reactive fluids as part of your custom build.
Do your PCs require regular maintenance?
Yes — liquid-cooled systems require periodic checks, such as coolant levels, dust removal, and visual inspection of fittings every few months.
Can I upgrade my system in the future?
Absolutely. Components like RAM, storage, GPU, and fans can be upgraded later. If upgrading the cooling loop, contact us for compatibility support.
Are you an official authorised distributor of VIXIA PCs?
Yes. We are an Authorised Distributor of VIXIA, supplying genuine, professionally built VIXIA liquid-cooled systems.
Do VIXIA PCs come with an official warranty?
Yes. All VIXIA systems include a 12-month official hardware warranty directly supported through us.
Why do VIXIA PC designs vary from the product images?
Because VIXIA systems use custom loops and selected components, the final design may vary slightly according to the parts installed at the time of assembly.
Can I request design changes on a VIXIA PC after ordering?
No. Once VIXIA begins assembly, hardware or design changes cannot be made, as each system is built to order.
What is your return policy for custom-built PCs?
Since each PC is custom made, returns due to change of mind are not accepted once assembly has started.
What happens if my PC arrives faulty?
If a serious hardware issue is found within 30 days of delivery, the affected part will be replaced free of charge.
How do repairs work after the first 30 days?
After 30 days, repairs are handled by the part manufacturer and may take 2–4 weeks. Visit fees between £50–£200 may apply depending on distance.
What situations void the warranty?
Warranty may be void in cases such as user damage, modification, disassembly, excessive dust, high room temperatures, open-kitchen setups, or poor ventilation.
