Welcome to Water Cooled Gaming.
By purchasing our products or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before placing an order.


1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Water Cooled Gaming.
  • “Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to anyone purchasing or using our products/services.
  • “Products” refers to all custom water-cooled PCs, components, and accessories we sell.
  • “VIXIA PCs” refers to systems manufactured by VIXIA, of which we are an authorised distributor.

2. About Our Products

Custom Water-Cooled PCs

All PCs sold by us are either:

  • Fully custom-built water-cooled systems, or
  • Official VIXIA liquid-cooled PCs assembled to manufacturer standards.

Each PC is built to order, tested, and prepared before dispatch.

Component Variations

Designs may vary slightly depending on:

  • Stock availability of components
  • Tubing type
  • Fittings and layout
  • Aesthetics chosen at assembly time

These variations do not affect performance or warranty.


3. Order Process

A) Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • Estimated build and dispatch timeframe

B) Custom Builds

Custom PCs begin assembly shortly after payment is received.
Once assembly has begun:

  • No changes to hardware or design can be made
  • Order cancellations are not accepted
  • Returns due to change of mind are not permitted

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in GBP (£).
Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card).

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.


5. Shipping & Delivery

A) Delivery Area

We ship across the United Kingdom.

B) Delivery Time

Build and delivery times vary depending on:

  • Order queue
  • Customisation complexity
  • Component availability

Updates will be sent once your PC is ready to ship.

C) Delivery Inspection

You must inspect your PC upon arrival.
Any visual damage must be reported to us within 48 hours.


6. Warranty Terms

A) Warranty Length

All VIXIA PCs and custom builds come with a 12-month hardware warranty.

B) 30-Day Guarantee

If a hardware problem occurs within 30 days of delivery:

  • Repairs will be made free of charge
  • Faulty components will be replaced

C) After 30 Days

After the first 30 days:

  • Call-out / engineer visit fees apply (£50 – £200 depending on distance)
  • Repairs follow the manufacturer’s warranty process
  • Repairs may take 2–4 weeks depending on part availability

D) Temporary Replacement

If repair takes an extended period, a temporary replacement PC may be provided.
Specs may differ from your original PC.

E) Warranty Limitations

Warranty may be voided if:

  • The system is opened, modified, or disassembled by the user
  • Damage is caused by improper environment (excessive dust, heat, moisture, pets, open kitchen setups)
  • Overclocking or BIOS modification causes instability
  • Liquid damage results from user interference

Software issues (Windows errors, virus infections, corrupted files) are not covered.


7. Returns & Refunds

A) No Returns for Custom Builds

Because PCs are custom-made, returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Preference change
  • Design variation
    cannot be accepted.

B) Faulty Returns

Only faulty components identified within 30 days may be replaced.
Complete PC returns are not permitted unless required by law.


8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss during repairs or system failure
  • Third-party software issues
  • Misuse, modification, or accidental damage
  • Performance issues caused by unsupported applications

We recommend backing up your data regularly.


9. Software & Licensing

Windows licences included with our PCs are:

  • OEM licences
  • Tied to the hardware
  • Non-transferable

Reinstallation may be required for software issues.


10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the PC in a safe, ventilated environment
  • Keep dust levels controlled
  • Avoid altering liquid-cooling components unless trained
  • Follow our recommended maintenance guidelines

Failure to maintain environmental standards may void warranty.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
